Day 9- a lazy day and a busy night

I had an unexpected low weigh in this morning:

112.8 pounds

I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm not complaining.  My plan is to eat as close to my allotted calorie goal each day.  Maybe this is a good sign!  I'm skipping my leg workout today and taking a spin class tonight instead.  My friend is an instructor and invited me to take her new Thursday night class.  Afterwards, we are going to grab dinner.  Yay for a meal without a two year old!  It's the little things.

Workout:

Spinning-400 cal

Today's diet plan:

Breakfast
-Large banana-110 cal
-1 Tbsp PB2-25 cal
-1 light string cheese-50 cal

Lunch
-Apple-100 cal
-2 hard boiled egg whites-40 cal
-1 Tbsp PB2-25 cal
-3 celery stalks-15 cal
-almonds-200 cal

Afternoon Meal
-quick oats-175 cal
-1cup unsweetened almond milk-30 cal
-1/2 cup apple sauce-50 cal
-1 Tbsp walnuts-50 cal
Total: 305

Dinner
-roast beef on rye with lettuce, tomato and mustard-400cal
-green beans-100cal
Total:500 

Snack
-Cereal-120 cal
Total 120

Grand Total: 1490
Calorie Goal:1600

Today was a busy but productive day.  I put a first coat on the trim in Del's room.  We went on our fourth preschool tour and may have finally found the right fit!  Our friends came over for a play date too.  Great day.  Next I get to go spinning with my friends and dinner after.  Life is good.
