I put a pebble in my jar and I started my day feeling really discouraged. A lot of people give up at this point. It's just one mistake and now I'm moving on.

I have been eating 200-300 calories under my goal this last week (except for today). It wasn't intentional, but I didn't plan very well. I'm going to try to eat all of my calories allotted for the day this next week. I might try adding a serving of protein to my breakfast and see if that changes anything. Tomorrow starts a new week. I'm keeping at it! One week and 4.2 pounds down from where I started.
