Day 10- sweaty girl!

I had another low weigh-in:

112.6 pounds

I was surprised.  I ate much later than normal yesterday.  Must have been that great spin class :)

Today 's Workout:

Elliptical
-30min: 2 min warm up, 1 min sprints, 1 min recovery. 
-random program
-level 14 (out of 1-20)
-5 minute cool down: forward motion 1 min, backwards motion 1 min.

Lifting
-Abdominal crunch: 3 sets of 15 at 50 pounds
-Bicept curl: 3 sets of 12 at 35 pounds
-Chest press: 3 sets of 12 at 55 pounds
-Tricep Press: 3 sets of 15 at 75 pounds
-Lower Abs Leg Lift: 3 sets of 18

Stair climber
-30min: 2 min recovery, 2 min speed
-interval program
-level 17 (out of 1-25)
-5 minute cool down: 1 min reverse leg lift, 1 min single leg squat while skipping a step on both

I decided today was not a good progress picture day.  It's so dark and rainy outside.  I'm going to try again tomorrow with my hubby's help.  My abs do look great today after the sweat I had!  Wow.  Yes, I was the lady dripping and flinging sweat all over the stairclimber today.  It also was the day I forgot a towel.  Yuck.  I could not wait to get home and change.  I felt great afterwards.  It makes me even more excited about trying hot yoga (assuming I don't get pregnant).  Then, it would be regular temperature yoga for me.  Sweating it out in a 105 degree room is not a good with a baby on board!  Say another prayer it happens for us.  I'm on day four of Chlomid with no noticeable side effects, yet.  That is always great news!  

I'm already tired of painting trim. I need to paint the inside door trim and my trim job is done for little man's room.  I'm debating painting his doors before I start on the master bedroom or the trim in the hall upstairs.  Maybe I'll do both!  Or put my hubby on door painting duty.  Oh the possibilities.
