Looks like the scale and I are having a stand off. This morning's weight :

It's discouraging and tempting to cut my calories more, but I'm going to give it more time. My hamstrings and glutes are so sore and tired. My entire workout felt like I was running uphill, into the wind. I'm going to borrow my hubby's foam roller and try to loosen up the muscles a bit. My calorie burn was significantly less (85 calories less) than last week. I just could not push as hard . Good thing tomorrow is a no cardio day!

While working out, eating healthy, raising a two year old, potty training that two year old, being a wife, keeping the house clean, etc. keep me plenty busy. I have also been painting little man's room. It has taken much more time than planned. I had to paint three coats of white on the accent wall and two coats on the ceiling. I hate painting ceilings. The walls were in such bad shape. Spakling looked like we covered the walls in odd shaped polka dots. Finally, I got to paint the other walls blue! I have been painting trim, doors, walls and ceilings white for so long. Painting blue was a much needed change of pace. It also completely changed the look of the room. I love walking in there. During naptime today, I'm going to tape off the trim, patch a few spots we missed and maybe even start painting the trim. I have been collecting things to decorate his room for over a year now. He is going to be so excited! Here are a few progress pictures.
