I bought a loaf of cinnamon bread today. I ate half the loaf already. Yes, it was amazing, made with no preservatives, whole wheat flour and all natural ingredients. No, it was not low calorie or part of my diet plan. Week four is turning out to be a lot harder than I thought. My willpower does not exist. I'm already contemplating eating the other half. Maybe three weeks is my limit and I should give myself a week off and restart. I have to do something because this just isn't working!

The whole idea behind diet and physical training is that you push your body to do a little more than it's comfortable with and it responds by making physical and physiological changes. These changes make you capable of doing a little more with less discomfort. Be encouraged! Keep working. You’re doing better. You’re making progress. You can do it!
