Week 4 and we're going in reverse.

 I have a sick baby at home so, here's the short story.  I'm frustrated.  I'm steadily gaining again.  Probably from under eating.  I have had a crazy craving for a huge blueberry muffin the last 3 days.  I indulged in 1/2 a reasonably sized one (shared with my sick baby of course).  I need to get back on track.  Time to get week 4 back in line.
