Tuesday Tip

I've been learning a hard lesson these days.  You have to stretch.  The more you stretch the better you will feel.  I never stretch cold muscles.  I've heard the positive and negatives of stretching before and after a workout.  For me, I prefer after.  I see it as a nice way to cool down after I work them.  Find a series of stretches that works for you and hold them for about 30 seconds.  I try to focus on whatever muscles I just worked.  Long lean muscles always look better than tight bulky ones!
