Tuesday Tip
I spent a good part of my workout thinking of my first tip for Tuesday Tip. I want it to be something that has really made my workouts better. There are so many things, but I think the one thing that has saved me time and time again is making my workouts part of my schedule. Just like you schedule errands, work, social events, etc., you must schedule your workout. It is the first thing I add to my calendar every week. I will often arrange things around my workouts. For example, if I'm meeting up with a friend or family, I try to schedule it for a cardio day when I can afford the extra calories. Once you start scheduling your workouts it will become routine and you won't have to fight/motivate yourself to get moving. I almost never miss a workout. The only times I skip are if the baby is sick or I'm deathly ill. Next week, instead of starting with a meal plan, or your work demands, plan out your workout schedule. See you at the gym!
