Tighten and Tone Thursday-push-ups and not the bra.

Yes, you read that title right.  Push-ups are not just for men or the military.  Push-ups work your whole body (including your heart and lungs).  You can do them at home, modify them to your ability level, and get one amazing workout.  Start with your knees on the floor, hand shoulder width apart, engage your core, keep your back flat, and bend your arms to lower yourself as far as you can.  Push back up and repeat.  My goal was always 4 sets of 25.  I would super set my push-ups with bicycle crunches or another form of abs work.  Once you've mastered the knee on the floor push-ups (or modified push-ups), try them with your toes on the floor, back and legs straight.  If these are too challenging, you can do them on an incline with your hands on a step.  Need more of a challenge?  Set your arms apart more or bring them in more.  Try crossing your ankles.  You could put your feet on the step and do decline push-ups.  Don't be afraid to switch it up and push yourself.  Just remember your form or you're doing a lot of work for nothing!
