Tuesday Tip- Turn off the TV and hit the sack.

Like most people, I love to sleep.  When I get less than 8 hours of sleep, I'm a hot mess.  I NEED my sleep.  God blessed me with a baby that slept through the night at about 3 weeks.  Yes, I am very thankful.  I know lots of people that say they can function on 4-6 hours of sleep.  My question is; Why just function?  I want to have energy.  I want to feel rested and recovered.  When you train hard, you rest hard.
