I've always noticed that women tend to focus on their abs, glutes and legs when it comes to strength training. Ladies, don't forget your arms! I have always done curls in some form or another. They work your biceps and will get those arms ready for tank top weather. Start small with 10lb weights. Do 12 sets of 3. Watch your form. Don't swing your weights. Keep your back straight and shoulders square. Tighten your abs and pull up those weights. Take your time and the results won't!
