Tuesday Tip-Get moving

We moved and finally have internet.  Yay!  I will be posting here sporadically as I try to unpack, clean, organize, chase after a toddler, and plan for the holidays.  Here's my tip: move!  Either off the couch, or into a new house like us.  We moved ourselves and I worked muscles in ways no machine can.  Go do some yard work, reorganize your closet, etc.  Its amazing what an hour of activity can do.
